⭐☆☆☆☆ I only wanted to buy a single sheet music score, but I later discovered that I had also been enrolled in a recurring subscription without realizing it. The checkout process is, in my opinion, misleading and does not make it sufficiently clear that you are signing up for ongoing charges. The only positive aspect was the customer support. They responded quickly, cancelled the subscription, and provided a partial refund after I contacted them. However, I believe a full refund would have been the fair outcome, not just a partial one. While I appreciate the prompt assistance, customers should never have to rely on support to fix a problem that could easily be avoided with a transparent checkout process. I cannot recommend buying from a website that uses these kinds of subscription practices.
