Hidden costs!
After ordering a game that was marked "Direct2Drive", which translates into Quote: "Download2Drive is a service for retail keys (non-Steam and non-Origin) whereby the user can indefinitely download the retail files from us for use with their licence (key)", and receiving the key after not even a minute, I had to pay an additional fee of 2€ to download the game from them! I recognize that it is expensive to run big file-servers for all the files and probably the game publisher requires them to have costly protection for the files. BUT customers have to know that there are additional costs involved if they want to download the game from there! So I leave this website with very mixed feelings: Happy that the delivery of the keys took less than a minute, but also offended that I have to pay for the download of the game without being warned.
