I rarely leave reviews, but this company has been fantastic. I first discovered the brand through @astridiwantyouinmylife and immediately fell in love with the OMIRAD Structured Pleated Balloon Trousers in Grey, excellent quality. My sister bought them for me as a Christmas present, and although I was initially a little nervous ordering from a website that wasn't in English, I needn't have worried. The trousers are absolutely beautiful and I receive compliments every single time I wear them. Because I loved them so much, I later ordered the OMIRAD Pleated Barrel Trousers in Khaki. They came up slightly differently in size and the material was not quite the same as my first pair, but the customer service was exceptional. The team responded quickly, arranged an exchange without any hassle, and my replacement pair arrived very promptly. It's refreshing to find a company that not only creates such unique, well-designed clothing but also provides excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces in the future and would highly recommend them.
