Stay away from their inverter
Update with more info after your reply: --------- Serial No is 2181006176 The person dealing at your end is Kabyo｜小开 My Installer who is trying to get a replacement St John Gilbert from Kew Solar. Support ticket number is 5170 Thanks. -------- Stay away from their inverter. I'm waiting for my fourth replacement after three have stopped working in just two years. The worst part is that they are replacing with a REPAIRED one instead of a new one. They replaced one in October and it stopped working after couple of weeks. Stay away from this company.
