Probably the worst company I've dealt with in a long time - and that is saying something!! slopping shoulders doesn't quite cut it! - essentially WE WILL NOT HELP YOU"....... should be their company helpline. For a technology company they can not respond to a single technical question - on a the most convoluted and bug ridden system ever. Absolute disgrace - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
