Title: Terrible Experience with Subella Hair Shop on TikTok I want to share my highly disappointing experience with Sabella Hair Shop, which is based in China. I purchased a wig that has been a nightmare since I received it. First and foremost, the quality of the hair is appalling—it sheds everywhere and doesn't even fit the the base of my neck head properly. The wig is poorly constructed and lacks proper earpieces, making it even more problematic for everyday wear, especially for someone who wears glasses. Customer service is practically nonexistent. I’ve reached out via email, text messages, and phone calls, only to be ignored. They have blocked me from contacting them! It's utterly frustrating to be left with a product that does not meet even the most basic expectations while having no means to resolve the issue. I’ve had this wig for just two weeks, and I’m already disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. I encourage everyone to think twice before purchasing from Subella Hair Shop. They are also on Instagram under @subellahairwigs and sell on TikTok, but I highly recommend avoiding them if you value your money. See my photos on Amazon, too. Stay away from this shop!!!
