Very poor experience with EcoShield…
Very poor experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions. I paid upfront for exclusion service and trap monitoring, but after initial visits the service essentially stopped. No one checked the traps initially for over 2 months, came for a curtesy look then again, no show for over three months, despite this being part of the agreement. As a result, I now have dead mice left in traps that were never serviced, and the original problem is still ongoing with animals accessing the attic. Multiple attempts to resolve this and request a refund have gone nowhere. Communication has been inconsistent, and appointments were scheduled without actually addressing the issue. Overall, I paid for a service that was not delivered. Would not recommend.
