Offer an extensive on-line catalogue with user reviews. Generally quicker to package and send, and more reliable than a popular HK alternative on-line site. Unlike DX, items labelled as 'In Stock', are usually in stock, but if not, a refund is quickly sent to PayPal for the missing item before the order is packaged so an alternative item can be added. DX often hang onto an order for weeks if some items aren't readily available, rather than send what they do have first. Customer enquiries are also handled more efficiently with usually a quick response to a query - even a live connection during office hours to service personnel who can resolve an issue while on an on-line chat. Only delivery delays seem to occur during the Chinese New Year celebrations, but since the manufacturers themselves close for 2 weeks or more, FocalPrice can't be blamed for this slowdown.
