Refund problems
After a lot of emails have now had a refund of 50% so am happy with this outcome, but it shouldn’t have had to go on for this length of time,

Item arrived serverly damaged
Item arrived serverly damaged, an would not refund unless I returned item, unbeknown to us it came from China, so would cost more than item, an would not order from China, have taken up with PayPal but they still want item returned, if I had a change of mind then fair enough I fund return costs, from my experience I cannot recommend, quality is very poor, 2/11/23 have now had a 50% refund but have still only had one unit despite should have been a pair,
