Complete scam - try Ebay and get the same bag for 150% cheaper bag searching anti theft backpack
Ordered a backpack with a 10% discount. Bag arrived a week later. There was a seam cut part way through and a whole line of seam missing where it looks like the thread had been pulled (all by the zip), came with stains which customer service said I could wipe away. I've since been trying to get a refund and in the process offered me a 15% discount the first time I got in touch with them and then another email offered me a 10% discount. After I said I wanted a refund they sent me another bag. The funny thing is I found what looks like a bag in their range for 150% less on Ebay! Do a search for anti-theft backpack, prices from what I can see start at 8.99 and not the 25 I paid. I've since opened a dispute via "Resolution Center" requesting a refund via PayPal! The material isn't that bad but the zip is a very cheap quality and wouldn't hold up to much and reading all the reviews I'm right! People reporting that their zips broke within a month of use.
