Wrong item from 3rd part vendor, Walmart says your problem.
I ordered 3.cubic foot freezer from Walmart (they advertise it as thus). Walmart has 3rd party fulfill order. 3rd party sent a 2.1 cubic foot one. Contacted Walmart 3 times or more, no solution. Walmart said try vendor yourself. I did some 6-7 times. Went back to Walmart and they said process against purchase insurance and say it was broke (illegal). Walmart then said go to Capital One. Capital One said go to Walmart, Walmart said go to vendor. Capital One says talk with Walmart, Walmart says talk with 3rd party vendor. 3rd Party vendor ignores contact. Customer is screwed by all three. I took copies of all chats, even the ones where Walmart suggested I do something illegal and say the wrong item arrived broke.
