Truly awful website (for a non-Chinese…)
Truly awful website (for a non-Chinese person). Really important that I get an aisle seat (anxiety & claustrophobia) but have spent the last 2 hours trying to check in. Yes, that's right. I'm a former Tech Support guy & I couldn't work out how to do it. Have to take pot luck at the airport.
