Bought a hand held fan direct from jusilife,now if you look at website your led to believe its an american co.it took almost 3 weeks to arrive from china,all instructiona and packaging in chinese,emailed jusi customer support to report re no english instructions i thought they would like to know of the error.some 6 weeks later still no reply,great customer service !!!!
