Disappointing reliability/service issues
14 days ago I contacted Chuwi via their official forum. In response to my issue of a non-working Hi-10 device following a standard reset procedure, they offered to send me the operating system to reinstall. I supplied the device serial number they asked for, but there has been no further response from Chuwi. This does not reflect well on their after-sales service team, who appear unwilling to convert talk into action. If there has been an unavoidable delay, they should let me know. As a side-issue, Chuwi device failures like mine seem to be more common than would be hoped for, judging by the posts of other Chuwi owners. A combination of unreliability and poor service has been the downfall of many a business.
