Awful customer service
My filter box for my pool robot needed replacing so purchased one from evercross as no one else makes one. Unfortunately when filling in the form with my email address it disappeared so I didn’t have chance to write down the order number. I have tried now for 5 days to contact customer service but with no response. They don’t have a telephone service so it’s live chat which doesn’t work, email no response to 6 emails or messenger, three attempts no response. So customer service is appalling and is the filter box as the filter netting has fallen to bits after a few months. Product and customer service about the same!
