I purchased a combined flight ticket…
I purchased a combined flight ticket for the following routes: Saigon → Phu Quoc Phu Quoc → BKK The ticket was purchased with checked baggage included for both flights. However, after the tickets were issued, I noticed that the ticket only included checked baggage for the Saigon → Phu Quoc flight. The Phu Quoc → BKK flight does not include checked baggage. I purchased the ticket on Monday and even today, the exact same flights are still available for purchase with checked baggage included on BOTH flights, and cheaper on your page. Both flights are operated by the same airline. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend using your service
