Useless support, no help
Incompetent support, not providing any help. No solution provided by the support. Was forced to contact the bank to ask for chargeback as no product or refund were provided by the support. Live chat is AI, which doesn't help stay away as there are many options, which are better don't waste your time. My order was #2685-4800670.
