unavailable item... but got my money back
I ordered a keyboard which a few days later Pandawill informed me was no longer available. They asked if I wanted to substitute something else, I said no and they refunded within a week. They responded to all my emails and quickly, given the time difference. So my only minor gripe is advertising unavailable items.
