5 days since I sent the last email to customer service. No response. Very poor service. This is about a free gift that was sent separately to the £900 power station (which I received). I really hope nothing goes wrong with the power station as Bluetti’s customer service is terrible.
So far not impressed. Spent my £899 for an Elite V2 200. Tracking on Bluetti’s emails to say order fulfilled leads to bluetti.au. A UK order links to the Australian site? The order number when tracked then leads to an error message. Meanwhile DPD has said they have the package and have been saying that for 48 hours. I am sure the power station will come but Bluetti, you need to sort out your web architecture badly. It’s a mess. Meantime, no idea when my product will arrive.
