RECEIVED IN WRONG SIZE!
I have brought clothes from dresslink two times. The first time went great. I brought two skirts. I received the skirts very fast and in the right size. The quality of the skirts were surprisingly very good. Sine my first order went super I then decided to order a dress in x-small. The delivery was very long and I received the dress in large. I complained to them but their answer was : ''Thank you for your letter and sorry for your problem. As the high return shipping fee, we don't suggest to return the item. May be we can give your 1/4 refund for the problem.Is it right for you? Any other query, please freely message me at the first time, I will reply you within 24 hours except the weekend or holidays, thanks. Have a nice day!'' I think that it is unacceptable that I have to pay for a dress that wasn't what I ordered. I even suggested if I could get a discount on the same dress if I ordered it again. I never got an answer.
