Killer Sandwich, really bad experience with Postmates
Original Mels made me a killer sandwich! The food was really good. Where I have issues with Postmates is that when I originally ordered, I didn't have an opportunity to put the order on a new credit card. After searching, the website stated I could change the charge method AFTER delivery. The next morning, my bank account debit card showed I was billed twice. That was after I had a website confirmation that the billing was changed to my new credit card. The driver didn't follow instructions and put the bag on my porch and rang the bell. He/she was turning the car around on the street when I opened the door. I will not use Postmates again.
