VPOST by SINGPOST - Lost for words . . .
If there is a -5stars - This company should get the honour!!! VPOST from SINGAPORE's SINGPOST is a very irresponsible freight forwarder. Parcel reached UK Vpost on 25 Nov 2022, it was checked received twice when I called Vpost Singapore Enquiry but was told to wait 5 working and another 3 working days for a system update. 16 Days have passed and Vpost sent me an email to say "Package could not be located and sorry for the inconvenience". WTH!! UK Vpost parcel acceptance and photos were all given by local delivery company as proof, and yet Vpost can just simply feign ignorance and steal your parcel??? Wake up SINGPOST!! Use Vpost at your own risk!!! Dun Pay Thieves to Steal your goods!!
