Good product - Initially questionable customer service
Received my Silicone Padded Forefoot Insoles at the end of April. Wore them for the first time recently and, although they were extremely comfortable and prevented blisters on the balls of my feet (something I suffer from regularly), the right insole has already split at the toe post. I was intending on buying more pairs, as they really do the job of preventing blisters, but at $15.30 for the pair, I expected them to be long lasting, not just last for one good walk! Contacted customer services explaing the issue and sent photo of fault. They just quote the 45 day return policy and say they won’t replace or refund. I have asked them to reconsider a replacement as the product obviously has a manufacturing fault. I’ll amend my review if they redeem themselves. UPDATE: grateful for their reply - have again contacted them - I await a replacement. I'll then amend/update further. Further update: have now received a replacement insole, free of charge. I am hopeful this will prove longer lasting. Thank you OMG! Spark for making things right :-)
