Disappointing: Hidden Costs After Subscription
Unfortunately, they’ve jumped on the same greedy trend as some other providers. It’s becoming standard to charge users a subscription, then demand additional payments—sometimes equal to the full subscription price—for certain courses. It makes no sense to charge X for access to a library of courses, then ask for the same amount again just to access a single new AI course. I’m very disappointed. I wouldn’t have an issue with a higher annual fee, but the way they’ve handled this feels like they’re deliberately trying to squeeze more money out of their existing customers. They also don’t disclose this add-on fee anywhere on their pricing page, which makes it pretty clear they’re not operating in an honest or transparent way.
