I ordered two pairs of shorts and a dress under the 'buy two get one free' offer. I realised later this helps sell more and discourage returns. The fabric and workmanship is poor. Market quality, cheap thin fabrics and threads left unfinished and hanging. It took nearly four weeks to arrive. Tracking showed little movement, coming from China then going to and fro between my nearest depot and Hatfield. When the items did arrive they were packaged in a taped up black bin bag without any documentation, like some personal eBay package. The dress must have been one size only - it's not a size 10 (though the photos cleverly scrunch in the waist) - it's like a tent on me. Says XL size but so do one pair of shorts but they fit! One pair of shorts developed a hole in the seam at the back before I'd even worn them. I did wash and iron everything as I concluded it would never be worth trying to return anything (read other reviewers, plus one item was free anyway and I don't want to pay postage to China). I will sew up the hole, try to take the dress in at the sides and resolve to buy from reputable brands in the future. I gave this two stars originally (now updated to 4) because I hope to get some wear out of them. UPDATE: Buddhastones replied as below and emailed me too. They offered to let me keep the items and receive a full refund if I updated or removed this review. I accepted the offer as I wanted my money back as I had not received value from it. I have received that money now and update - adding my opinion that I appreciate their support and see that they are trying to be an honest and reputable company. I hope they can improve the quality of their clothing in the future.
