I was very skeptical about this product but was desperate for help. My husband who had late onset asthma which was well managed suddenly deteriorated around 4 years ago. He would go through a cycle of a chest infection / antibiotics / steroids, then he’d be clear for about two weeks and the whole thing would start again. After four years of this and seeing various consultants he was still stuck in the cycle. Since he started taking lignosus in April - 6 months ago - he has not had one single chest infection, nor any antibiotics or steroids. He has felt well enough to walk parts of the south west coast path and is sleeping much better. He still uses his daily inhalers as prescribed but the only other difference is these sachets so we will now be lifelong customers. The shipping does take a long time so if you want a repeat order, do it in plenty of time but it’s worth the wait to be well again.
