Ican Graro order
I've just ordered a Graro gravel bike frame from Ican. I've been thinking about getting one for a little while. It looks very good in the photos I've seen on the website. I put a frame into the basket to check how much the shipping would be. Then I was contacted the next day by Debby from Ican who offered me a very nice deal that I couldn't refuse. She was very responsive and happy to answer all my questions via email very quickly. With her help I went into the custom paint tool on the website. It's great fun choosing how you would like your bike to look with a myriad of colours, and finishes available in multiple combinations. It works really well but it does make it quite difficult to choose with so much choice. You can even have a custom logo. All of which makes it possible to build a really beautiful bike that is totally unique to yourself if you so wish. I'm now looking forward to receiving the frame and bars. I already have an Ican frame from a few years ago so I don't have any worries about the quality of the product and certainly not the customer service which like before has been second to none.
