Cancellation charge
I have used Agoda in the past for several bookings. On this occasion however, a booking was made at 07.30am and cancelled at around midday due to incorrect dates that were put in inadvertently. Ok so a refund was requested and this was processed efficiently but to charge £25 for the cancellation was a little harsh in my opinion.
