I purchased 4 watches in the past. Never again
I purchased 4 watches in the past with the last in 2022. I just purchased my 5th and it was smaller than I expected. I tried to do a trade for the larger one bit the same model and asked for the same discount code to be used. They denied me and instead gave me a partial refund for the watch I returned. I returned it immediately with all tags, bands, covers etc included. I feel ripped off. I wont buy from them again.
