My Mighty vaporizer did not come with written instructions. I left telephone messages. When I finally reached someone the response I got was to the effect that my wanting written instructions was unusual. Owners manuals warn users. The Mighty is electric. I got no warning not to do stupid things such as using the vape while taking a bath. I got no listing of what comes with the product. I wrote the headquarters in Germany. No answer. So, I've spent a couple of hundred dollars and still don't have a vape that I understand. I would like a paper copy of the Mighty vape owners manual. I would like the accessory that is missing. I can't recommend this product as the manufacturer does not support its products. I'm going on two weeks of not gettig an adequate response from the manufacturer, Storz and Bickel. I've been sold a product that does not have instructions included and the vendor, vapor.com, has not followed up. The best product in the world is no good if the seller doesn't support what is being sold. Why hasn't someone contacted me directly instead of empty messages? In Disappointment, Jon S.
