Terrible communication and customer service!
WOULD HAVE GAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD Had my designs agreed and confirmed so placed and paid for my order on 20th June, the companies website says that it will take up to 15 days to produce the jersey so on the 15th July when I had not received any communication I emailed asking for an update. My only reply was a single sentence saying I will receive an email once shipped. This email never came! Again on the 20th July I emailed asking for an update as I had received no information about my order. This time I had no reply for three days but instead of telling me that my products were ready to be shipped they responded by asking me to re-send all my designs and logos so they could commence my order. I asked why they needed this as my jerseys surely should have been manufactured several weeks ago!, to which their response was that the supplier they use to manufacture the jersey had taken the money but not sent the clothing. I found this very odd as supposably they manufacture and print everything in house! Luckily for me I paid via PayPal so was able to open a dispute and successfully obtain a full refund. As they say you get what you pay for! Definitely would not recommend this company spend a few extra pounds and use a reputable company and get a proper product manufactured and sent in a reasonable time
