We are testing this company to how good they are and here are the things:
They brag and act cool, on the border of insulting to us, saying they are not meant for beginners and low volume, that they only handle high volume.
I am busy with getting 1 simple product on the market in a custom package, with a custom manual and custom label.
One month we are already working on this, ONE MONTH!
To come to the conclusion that our agent 'Iryn' has cancelled our custom manual behind our back.
She even insulted the head of our company, saying that he has to become a man before he starts to do business, and to take all our products out of there.
She also made us pay a hidden fee of $200 for the label service fee because they came from outside the factory, of which we were not aware, and we spent $40 to get them there.
Of course, she made us go to Skype chat, where nothing was recorded, so if you decide to do business with them. DO NOT MOVE TO SKYPE, stay on their customer chat.
She also blocked our boss from customer service, and it takes forever to get another decent agent.
I tell you and I warn you, it has been a hell testing CJDropshipping for our business, and we are happy we didn't move everything to there.
They can't even handle low volume, let stand high volume.
Their customer service i.e. speed is horrible! Just horrible!
Stay away from them, find others, there are many other alternatives!
And if you do, and you see this agent named 'Iryn', you got verification they do not care about whom they have working for them, and they do not care about their customers.
And now they will reply to this review with apologizing, asking my account number, order number and giving their email like on the previous one, to which we emailed our issues, but they DO NOT DO ANYTHING about it!
It didn't help at all solving our issues. It is just to put a nice image up here to you reading this and thinking to go to them with your business.
Believe me, do not do it!

CJDropshipping: OK for the small fish and to get your feet wet, but not for the big players!
Hello,
I am surprised to see all of these good ratings, it must be for small fish that do not care about superb service i.e. fast, good English, punctual, clever, smart, helpful, to the point.
They are slow, they are not punctual, they say they start working at 09:00 AM but 09:30 AM or 10:00 AM that's all the same for them.
Example: Troubles getting my packaging and labels in the SKU list, of which it took 2-3 days.
The communication with them is very difficult to let them understand something, combine that with a not logical system layout, and you got chaos.
They work with a night shift, that doesn't know anything, the only thing you hear from them is that you have to wait for the day shift to start, so I have no clue what they are even doing there?
Really, that's the words from their support that got stuck on me from my short experience there, which should say enough: not work, not work yet, wait and soon.
You just waste time and energy with them.
They changed my look on Chinese people, I thought Chinese people were fast, hard and punctual workers, that is something I didn't find back at CJDropshipping!
They told me they are made for high volume, but I can tell you, I have tested them with low volume, and it was chaos, so I do not want to know how they operate with high volumes.
I can go on about a couple more points, but I think you get the point here.
If you want to get your feet wet, CJDropshipping is good to learn a thing or two about how not to do things, for what to look if you want to get it right and want to build an empire in the consumer industry.
It's good that it is free, not like uDroppy where you have to pay, which is also a BS company.
I also wrote a review about them, and do not think I am all negative, I am just straight forward and to the point.
Check back later of a fulfillment center I am going to test and write a review about when I have the experience with them.
Just be warned, if you want to get your stock out of CJDropshipping all in one time because you are not satisfied, it will also not be a smooth sailing like none of the experience was for us.

I had long enough patients with you.
You do not get the point of this review.
That's another fact with them, if you try to ask something and explain something, like headless chickens they just always ask: your order number, when you don't always have an order number for a particular issue.
They do not really listen to you and your issue, they just go on robotic mode and follow the script, a script that mostly leads to an agent, and the agent with whom you have to be lucky they know a thing or 2.
Thanks for replying to this review, so people can see it.
If you decide to go with them, also watch out for hidden fee's, they made me pay $200 for labels that came in from an external supplier, a fee we were not aware of and my agent also didn't tell me anything about.
If we had been aware of this fee, we would have done things differently.
They are sneaky and don't respect their customers, even when their agent makes mistakes.
