Excellent drone and outstanding customer support
I’m really happy with my Hover Air X1 Pro. Today was my second flight, and the experience has been fantastic. It’s very easy to fly, fast, and stable. You just have to be careful when flying in areas with trees or branches around, since it could crash if the space is tight. The image quality is great, and the app works smoothly. I did have an issue with my first unit — it turned out to be defective — but the support team was amazing. They tried to fix it remotely, and when that didn’t work, they sent me a brand-new replacement. This one has been working perfectly. Overall, it’s an incredible product with top-notch after-sales service. I’m really satisfied with my purchase.
