Jeg har tidligere skrevet en anmeldelse af jeres kunde service, som fik 1 stjerne. Jeg vil gerne uddybe denne oplevelse, fordi den fortsatte efterfølgende. Den er på engelsk da jeg overvejede at sende den til jer (Kentfaith) men under hele seancen har I gentagende gange bedt mig om at slette min første 1 stjernede anmeldelse af jeres kundeservice, men med det jeg har oplevet kan I altså ikke få mere. Her er min oplevelse: The story so far. 8. August 2024. I am contacting you about spare parts for VA18, to where you reply that you do not have spare parts for VA18. 27. August 2024 You (kennfaith) contacted me because I did a trustpilot rating, saying that I thought it is bad that you cannot get any spare parts, and then suddenly, it is possible for me to get it. -That is just wonderful for me. So, I ordered it via the link I got. Although, I must pay two times shipment, which I thought was because I had to have two items (quick release plates). 30. August 2024, I am mailing you back to you with the info about the order number. 22. October 2024, I got one piece of quick release plate, not the two I have been asking about, just one, and I did mail you about that. 23. October 2024 you mailed me that it cost 2 x shipping to ship 1 Quick Release Plate, which was not noticeably clearly said, in the previous mail. But anyway, I made another payment on 2 x shipping on the 24th of October, and mailed the order number, and furthermore writing in the mail: And just to be clear, it is the quick release plate, with the screws for the VA18. 25. October 2024, I got mail from you confirming that you will send the same as last time. 23. November 2024, I got two screws in a packet. So, I sent a mail wondering what those screws are for 25. November 2024 I got a mail from you saying: We just sell the screws to you, not quick release plate. 25. November 2024 I mailed back: Okay, now I am getting a bit frustrated. Why should I only order the screws, I guess they, are mounted to the plate, right? I just need the quick release plate. 28. November 2024, I got mail with the shopping link like the one on twenty-seven. August (2 shipping $5) and mailed the order number back. 14. December 2024 now I got the Quick Release plate in the mail…. Finaly… Note – All of the time, you have asked me for deleting the critical review I did in trust pilot! So the 1 Star is for your customer service, NOT your products.
