Poor cutomer service and follow up.
I purchased this product because I needed to print a thread of text messages for an upcoming court date. The app worked flawlessly, except it did not recognize the entire thread of messages. I contacted support and requested a solution. I've received a response acknowledging my situation and that they were working on it. Since then nothing, nada, etc. Poor follow-up on their part and leaving me with either manually transcribing the thread or cutting and pasting. So, I'm out $30.00 plus several hours of frustration for nothing. I do not recommend this product.
