This site is a FRAUD !!! BEWARE !!!
I pre-ordered the new Saints Row 4 from 06/08/2013. The game came out 23/08/2013. Naturally I should have the key for the game one minute after midnight after 22/08/2013, if the site had responsibility to the customers. The key never came and after many communications like submitting tickets at their site, making topics and answering to others that had the same issue on their forum, making topics and answering to others that had the same issue on FaceBook there was no answer. At afternoon came out an announcement telling as that they had problems with the order and they have to test each key (!) which unfortunately was locked (!). There were three announcements but they deleted the previous two because they were writing bullshits. They also deleted the topics and comments from their site, from their forum and their page from FaceBook that everyone was cursing and saying that they will never ever shop a single code from this shop !!! I asked for a refund my tickets were deleted and my order has now the status of… FRAUD !!! Yes ! Before that was FAIL now it’s FRAUD !!! The guys are for laughs ! I sent them a final ticket asking a refund by Tuesday. After that I will raise the case to a claim in PayPal ! Please guys stay away of this store. It may deliver a game that is old or is a month old on time but when it comes on hot games that have many orders they screw up ! Up until now they haven’t deliver the keys. They say that they understand if anyone wants to refund but… look at me… they turned my order to FRAUD who knows why ? To deny refund ? Will see… Consider yourself warned !!!
