Beware this website is nice to some people but can be a nightmare for others.
I purchased "PreOrder Splinter Cell Blacklist with bonus Conviction I got the Blacklist game but not the Conviction I tried to resolve this by going through forum and ticket. In ticket I got a rude awnser from [name] Second time I deal with that support guy and he is your worse nightmare to have to deal with if you are missing a game or something havent been sendt yet. on the forums I got met with an Admin which has now blocked my profile from entering their website. I dont mind that prices change after Preorder is done, but When i dont get the goods i payed for its a whole other situation. Doing claim dispute on Paypal now.
