It was so easy to order online and I was able to keep an eye on it to see what stage my order was at. The pictures were a great help to get an idea of the finished item, I didn't design them so not sure how easy or hard that was, someone from the cycle club had that pleasure. The turn around for completion and receipt of the clothing was really good, just over three weeks. Most impressive. I have worn both sets now many times and they fit well, are comfortable and look really smart. The padding in the bibs is very good, a lot thicker than some which make the ride more comfortable.
