slow and unreliable
buyed a final fantasy xiv cd key on august 27, they instantly charged my credit card and everything was fine except there was no cd key delivered, waited 8 hours put a ticket then had to wait another 5 hours just to be told that my transaction was flagged for anti fraud, then asked me for pics of my id and a bill, ok no prob there, gave them the photos and again had to wait like one full day to get an answer,they told me my cd key would come in the next 24 hrs, and here i am still nothing on my mail 1 1/2 days has passed and still nothing. very dissapointed on them also had to beg for an awnser from support.
