Completely unreliable, mean spirited customer service.
There was a clear problem with my order, so I submitted a ticket and got no response for 9 hours. Immediately after they rectified the situation, I finally received an email in response to my ticket that was accusing me of being lazy and not knowing how to navigate the site properly. In reality I had spent a majority of that time clicking around the site trying to get it to work. These people are illiterate and use way too many exclamation marks.
