Light fitting arrived, eventually!
I ordered a light fitting from BeautifulHalo during the 2020 Covid19 Pandemic. Their communication is extremely poor, and after weeks of no information I started reading a lot of very bad reviews about them, and began to draw the conclusion I'd been scammed. I did engage with their staff on chat, but they weren't really very helpful. Basically I was told to wait. As I passed the 6 week line I started a Paypal dispute with them, and the next day the light arrived (presumably coincidence). The item works and arrived in good condition, although I'm not sure the build quality warrants the price. BeautifulHalo is a Chinese company, and I have to admit that the Covid19 pandemic has hit delivery times, so there's some excuse there. However, I really did find comms with then extremely poor. If you want piece of mind, I'm not sure I can really recommend the company.
