First and last buy
Onlinekeystore seems to have problems with sending DLCs and their customer support is really one of the worst I ever encoutered. I ordered Rome II together with the DLC "Greek City States". However the code for the DLC never arrived. When I pointed that out to the customer support, they treated me like a complete moron, as if I never had been to the internet. This was their first reply: "Your ordered game key was emailed to you, please check your email or your account to access your product key." -- Uhm... yeah... why is it that I contacted support? Because the key did NOT arrive! When I clarified that it was about the DLC I received this: "We had two version of twr2 pre orders for sale, we never said "FREE DLC" please check, who received DLC simply bought +DLC version. Search for the product on our site and you will fine two different sale pages." First of all, who said I expected the DLC to be free? That's why I ordered it in a package together with the main program. And again they act like it's my fault, implying I might have chosen the wrong product which was definitely not the case as I was very careful about buying the game together with the DLC. When I now returned to their site the package including the DLC is gone. Now I think as long as you do not need to get into contact with their customer support onlinekeystore might be a good choice. But as soon as you have a problem with your order you are in trouble. For my part this was the first and last time ordering there.
