Poor customer management, no phone information line - Order is still not even approved for 3 days!
I have made my order on the 4th of Sep and since then it has not been approved and pending. Firstly, I was asked by your automatic reply to confirm my address because my order was identified as "potentially fraudulent" & no reason was explained, so I send a copy of the bill. Then, I was contacted by the company representative Mark this time stating that the auto reply is out of date, they don’t accept bill copies and I need to send driving license or passport copy. So I did send my passport copy yesterday, on the 5th of Sep. More than 24 hours have passed and nobody contacted me anymore. I don’t know if my order has been approved! And the money for the glasses has been charged from the first minute I made an order! So is it going to take a week just to confirm the order, not speaking about 2 weeks of waiting the good!!!???
