Amended review
Same experience as another recent customer - ordered a product, was told out of stock and an offer code sent in case I want to order more, as if! Contacted customer care and got auto replies only. Will be contacting my bank to dispute. I have already provided the order details via Facebook and email. A further reply says they still haven't shipped my order yet they are still selling them online. I am amending my review as I have now received the product and it does feel nice around my eyes! I can't give it 5 stars as it took so long to arrive and I was really worried but it is a nice eye product
