Warning – Bad experience with Telesin / telesinstore.com
I placed an order on telesinstore.com about 15 days ago. Only 10 minutes after placing the order, I realized I had made a mistake and immediately requested a cancellation. Despite 5 follow-up emails, I never received any response from their customer support. Even worse, I later received an automatic email with a UPS tracking number, but this tracking number does not exist. I contacted UPS directly and they confirmed that the number is invalid and not in their system. No real customer support, no answer, and a fake tracking number — this is extremely concerning. Based on my experience, this website is not trustworthy and should be avoided. UPDATE - 20.07.2026 I wish to revise my review following the receipt of the ordered equipment and the response from Telesin. I understand that customer service can experience periods of high demand. However, I attempted to contact them repeatedly over nearly three weeks without receiving any response. The only contact I received came after I published my review on Trustpilot, almost four months later. Furthermore, the equipment was eventually delivered. However, the requested order modification was never processed or implemented. Considering these points, and despite the fact that the customer experience could be improved, I have decided to revise my review by adding one star.
