Hands down the worst service I've ever encountered, 0 stars.
I ordered a GTA: IV Complete Edition CD Key from them, I paid and all went well. Or so I thought. After 24 hours of no key, I contacted support. They told me that it was out of stock, which they didn't advertise anywhere when I bought it. I thought alright, I can wait. After 48 hours and a battle with support, I finally got my key(s) for Steam. One for GTA: IV and one for GTA: EFLC. The key for EFLC worked fine, thankfully, but the key for GTA: IV was a duplicate and had already been claimed. At this point I'm already angry, so this wasn't exactly helping. I contacted support AGAIN, and as usual you basically have to force them to reply by reminding them every 24 hours. I finally get a reply and the support guy, Khalil, tells me I have to wait until Friday at 4PM to set up a teamviewer session with him (this was Wednesday). No regular person has time to wait three days for them to find "time" at precisely 4PM. This is obviously an attempt at not having to replace the key from their side, because no one is gonna do it. This isn't stated anywhere in their Terms and Conditions, therefore not something I have to do. What is stated in their Terms and Conditions however, is that keys are guaranteed to be delivered after 24 hours. What a joke. It's now Friday. No word from support in over 30 hours and I probably won't get my key. They're a pathetic excuse for a "company", and as with other CD Key re-sellers their professionalism is at a minimum and their English laughable. But don't get me wrong, if everything goes right — no problem you'll get your key. If something goes wrong, you're f**ked. They won't admit they've made an error, more than once, and they will not give you a replacement key unless you follow their EXACT way of handling things (and probably not even if you do so), which is unreasonable and unnecessary. I even recorded a video for them to see which clearly shows what they would see themselves with teamviewer. Excuses upon excuses to save themselves $15 bucks. Yes, I'm mad bro. I beg you, please don't do business with these kids. They're scammers.
