My order of one cycling jersey took almost two months to arrive.
The process of ordering involved a lot of back and forth as they made sure that the design was what I wanted. Although this is a good idea, a lot of time was wasted. I actually had to request to pay for it to get the order going. Then, I did not hear from them for over a month. When I inquired as to the status of the order, I was told that it had been sent out and returned to the company because "my country" turned it away. At that moment, I received confirmation that it was being sent out and I was given a tracking number to follow the DHL delivery. I am not impressed with the service, but the product seems fine. The material is thin and not of the same quality of other jerseys, but for the price, it is fine.
