Scam, they take your money and don't deliver
I ordered a pair (order No.818261669649778) of shoes for my wife on 28th November 2022. I received update emails informing me that there was a delay but they were doing the best they could to expedite my order. Eventually on the 27th December 2022 I was informed that the order could not be completed and I would be refunded. I heave repeatedly asked for my refund, as of 3rd January 2023 I have received nothing. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT USE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY Hekka responded, below. However I have received emails stating the same on 27 Dec 2022; 29 Dec 2022; 3 Jan 2023 & 4 Jan 2023. If a refund is forthcoming I will alter the review. However, I do not believe I will ever see a penny. Hekka is a scam to steal money
