Reasonable good recovery
The way the recovery works need a complete redesign. I like the fact their customer service is extremely reasonable however. I would say that instead of cnaclleing someone's recovery of miles because of the code stopped working, I would let itncontinie then ask them to pay so they dont have to start from the beginning. In my case it tookc2 days to find the files and 2 days to recover. When your company stopped the recovery I had to start the whole process from beginning again. Another aspect to look into os, if you lose connection, work on a system that saves where it finished, so when connection is restored it can carry on from where it was last at. It was a big down fall that out of 100% recovery only 52% of all my files worked, the rest said the file can not be read. Your company gave me a refund of 45% which I was happy with.
