AVOID - waste of time - not refunding money after it has been requested multiple times, have actually need to report them as a fraudulent transaction.
I ordered diablo 3 - for the xbox. Now with a company name like onlinekeystore, I expected it to be a key redeemable on the xbox live marketplace. Little did I know there is a small section in the website description that indicates this is a physical disc to be shipped out. Not at all obvious. Upon realising this, I immediately requested a refund, and after a particuallary rude reponse in a service ticket, I was told it would be 24-48 hours. 3 days later I chased the refund and was told that was not the case and would be 10 business days. Shocking for the day & age we live in now where bank transfers are instant and there are companies like Skrill and Paypal. So 13-14 days passed and still no refund. I had to chase them again. Was then told there was a "technical error" and it would be another 10 business days. Disgraceful. Sadly, to even get a response from them, I had to take to social media, their facebook page. Not long after I posted a comment after this, on 2 occasions the comments were removed, and now I am unable to make any comments on that page at all. I have now had to collate all the info relating to this, my communications to them and their lacklustre approach to getting this sorted to the relevant parties and report this as a fraudulent transaction. I would, with all seriousness, avoid this company at all costs, because as soon as anything other than a stand normal sale comes about, they are a nightmare to deal with. I would not be surprised at all if this comment/review gets deleted or in no way finds itself being related to them.
